Go to Miscellaneous >> Taxbase Home >> Click on new >> Select Group in which want to create assessee >> & enter Assessee name >> click on Open twice & then it will take us to Static Information >> Enter all * mark fields which are mandatory fields & then click on Save.Then again go to Taxbase Home & click on Update grid & created assessee will display.

To compute Advance Tax go to Advance tax >> Click on Computer advance tax from income estimate >> enter Percentage increment over last year’s income >> Select installment Number >> Enter all related income For all installments & in income details >> Advance tax it will display the Advance tax amount.

How to do send Advance tax reminders from software?



Go to Advance tax >> Click on Advance tax reminders >> It will display all assesses in that list. Select assessee & then click on Mail to send reminder mail to assessee. To use this option it need to configure Outlook to your computer.

From where to enter income details for all income heads in details?



Go to Income tax >> Income details >> It will show all the computation of that selected Assessment year. Enter details in All income heads & it will show payable Tax amount.

How to download Form 26AS details?



Go to master data >> Static information >> Please enter Date of birth, PAN number, Income tax site login details >> then go to Income details >> Tax deduction at source >> Click on Download &Import Form 26AS >> it will show processing window & then will display details available on Traces for Form 26AS.

How to know the refund status?



1st go to Management >> Post filing information >> click on Assessee wise >> Edit & then enter all the return related information & then Save. After go to management >> Refund status >> All refund applicable assessee list will display & we can view report from there.

How to download Notices received from Income tax?



Go to Management >> Notice Management >> Click on configure >> Click on new Account >> Select mail type e.g. Gmail, Yahoo. Then enter Mail ID & password >> then save >> Close >> Then select Period from &click on Download >> It will take some seconds & will download notices received from IT department on that mail ID. We can view downloaded notice from that screen also.

How to download Acknowledgments, xml & ITR form?



Go to master data >> Static information >> Please enter Date of birth, PAN number, Income tax site login details >> then go to Management >> Document Management >> Click on IT Website download >> Click on item which want to download >> then click on Download >> after processing requested items will display & it will save at your system also.

How to Efile ITR form & upload directly to IT Site?



In master data static information, enter IT login details >> then go to Income details >> Enter Income heads & click on Return of income >> Then choose appropriate ITR >> After print preview click on e-file >> Give file Name & save at any location >> Click on Yes for Schema Validation >> If file is successfully validated then Click on Upload button & it will take directly to Income tax e-filing site & will automatic login. Then just click on Upload to submit return.

How to take a daily backup while closing software?



While click on Exit >> Exit system >> It ask for Backup window in which all backup files display. Then click on Ok >> It shows a brows for folder window where your daily backup get save. It take default path of installation folder. Saved backup file name is always in TW20131112 which is in YYYY/MM/DD format.
